Went to see a cottage in Bohemia earlier this week with my boyfriend… met Anthony at the location at night and we decided to put a deposit the next day after being reassured about our questions and concerns. Was accepted and waiting on the funds to clear from savings when my boyfriend and his father stopped by the property and they discovered that there was another room on the side of the cottage the landlord had someone living in that Anthony and the landlord were going to hide from us and not tell us about, that we were told was just a small shed. It had us paying electricity for not only our cottage, but whoever was living in the other part of the house as well. When we asked Anthony if he knew of the electricity and the other person, he said he knew before he showed us but “didn’t thin

While Anthony is very kind, I found working with him to be frustrating. More than once I was told he’ll call me back and I wasn’t called back. I was told that it was okay I have a cat only later to find out that it was not okay. And often I found he would forget things we had already discussed. Disappointed & I feel like I wasted my time.

Worst Realtor and Real Estate Ever!! Anthony?? doesn't return calls, doesn't remember he spoke to you and when he does speak to you he says "ill call you right back" 3 weeks and and 1 apt later (found by other means) I still have yet to hear back. Btw, I've left at least 10 more messages. This place already had a horrible rating, but trying to give benefit of the doubt, honestly NO, its just as horrible as the low ratings imply!!!! I gave 2 stars ONLY because the receptionist is nice.

I made an appt to meet with him to look at my aunts rental... I made it clear that there were tenants in there and they are leaving at the end of the month. He showed up a whole week before the appt and attempted to knock on the door and speak with tenants.... he then called me and told me that he OPENED THE FRONT DOOR AND LOOKED AROUND.
