DLP Portofino

I recently moved here and I can by far say this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment is very big and spacious. Moving in was a breeze and the apartment was spotless. The staff, including Tracy and John are amazing and on top of everything. The community is wonderful also. Everyone is friendly and it is quiet and surrounded by wildlife. You are outside St. Augustine but still very close to downtown. Another plus for me is Crescent Beach is just up the street. I recommend the DLP Portofino to everyone.

This community is peaceful, clean, spacious, and overall a wonderful place to live. The apartments are huge, the staff is so friendly, the neighborhood is quiet. I would 100% recommend this as a place to live! It's close enough to the beach and all major stores.

Just wanted to say a few positive things about DLP Portifino St. Augustine ( Cantabria Way). We have lived here 5 months. Tracy, Josh and John are the “ Go to team here”. So far I give a 5 Star rating to this team and the property. Josh was our day to day property maintenance guy. He did a great job and was promoted. We fortunately still see Josh on occasion. For the last 2-3 months, we’ve had John. Can’t say enough good things about John. Work orders are completed timely and the quality of work excellent. We’re fortunate to have John now.

I’m writing this review to compliment Nancy our Incoming coordinator. I had so many questions about our becoming new renters at the DLP Properties at 209 Cantabria Way. She answered all our questions & concerns. We arrived & found our apartment spotless, & much larger than we could imagine. The other tenants we met were very friendly & welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to consider these. PS Anthony surprised us with a welcoming gift of chocolates. Which was the topping of our first day!

DLP Portofino is a fabulous place to live. Everything is first rate.
