Entire team did an excellent job during our search and purchase of the property in St Augustine FL. I recommend Erin Sanson to anyone looking for RE representation in that area. Purchasing house remotely is challenging but working with Erin made it a breeze. I felt that my interests were her top priority throughout, I never felt rushed and I was always well informed during the whole process. I have purchased and sold properties in the past, worked with multitude of brokers and I have never been as happy with my agent as I was during this experience. John and Josh were absolutely amazing every step of the way. They helped me sell my investment home ( with tenants) in less than two months from start to closing. Signed contract in sept and closed Nov! They managed scheduling with the tenants and showings, negotiated with the buyers agent great and always turned out way better than expected, and always kept me updated when needed. It’s hard to find good agents, but if you are in the st Augustine area, I highly recommend these highly professional, hard working, very dapper realtors 😊
