Amanda is amazing!!! She was always quick to respond to my maintenance request and even after hours and on weekends. I would high recommend her.

We put down applications for a rental with Amanda and she never contacted us again, just stole our application money and then rented the property out without responding to any of our correspondence. Applying here is a waste of time and money and honestly at this point with this many negative reviews maybe Diamond Rental should find a different line of work

I’ve had the absolute worst experience getting any help with my apartment. For almost a year, I never complained about a thing, August 17th I put in a work ticket- lights outside the front door, dishwasher, my wall has water pouring in during rains… and nothing! I’ve begged and they say when they can get someone here. I pay $1000.00/month and we do not even have lights outside our front door. The step has been dangerous more than one time! Frustrated is an understatement!!!

Very rude and unprofessional.reply to your request when they feel like it.My experience with this company has been a nightmare.they come by after a few weeks sometimes months after you put a maintenance request in and start fixing things but don't finish,and leave your home a mess, then you have to chase them down and make a new request to have them come fix what they started.I was told they only communicate with tenants via email.I would not recommend dealing with Amanda as she does not care about tenants or our rights. She is only concerned with Money.

Amanda is only after your money. She doesn’t fix anything and will lie to you about fixing it and stop responding to your messages. I have had nothing but issues with them and I’m not even sure how is she still allowed to be a property manager. She is rude and disrespectful, her or her staff doesn’t care about tenants. The only person who shows concern is the maintenance guy and she tells him not to fix things because she doesn’t want to pay for repairs. She makes tenants do their own repairs and will charge you for every little thing. What a nightmare.
