This property had water running through is every time it rained. The roof also leaked and management gave me a bucket to "solve the leak issue." They are also unreasonably picky on check out but when we got into the apartment there was grease stuck on the walls of the kitchen, the bathrooms weren't clean and the carpet was also dirty. Take photos when you check in and out because things we cleaned they said were never cleaned and kept most of our deposit. If I had taken photos upon check in, I could have proven it was cleaned.

Recently moved back into this complex. After nearly 4 yrs... Lots of improvements have been made. Quiet place to live definitely a good place.

I would have given 5 stars but when we got ready to move,manager Karen was very rude to me.We had always paid rent on time.We left apartment very clean.I called at the 30 days about our deposit and rude again.There were things wrong building is old but we never complained.My husband would pick up cig butts people through out.We are just disappointed at how we were spoke to when moving.
