Very responsive, thorough, and helpful with the whole process from preparation, showing, evaluating offers, inspections, closing, etc. From listing to closing in just over a month. Well one of the greatest moments in my life of purchasing a home became a nightmare and they won't stand behind there word . It all started with meeting Jon our realtor. Seemed to be a good guy and got us into alot of houses as quickly as possible. We found a couple houses we liked but the one we put an offer on was denied because we did a low offer and that was on us... lol we did a counter offer with our agent Jon and it was accepted and he sent over the paper to be signed and initialed . We were later told congratulations on the home and we started talking home inspections and closing dates. That evening me and my fiance went to celebrate dinner were we were called by Jon and told the seller had a better offer . I asked how that could be because we had a signed offer and Jon said it wa

Called to get some information. The male agent I talked to was very rude and not at all helpful. But , wanted to ask 100 questions. I have dealt with Mel Foster before and been very happy. This guy was just a jerk.
