It is not just for senior citizens anymore it is not just for people who has a fixed income you have to have an income over $1,000 just to live ther not just for senior citizens anymore If you have a couple extra thousand dollars you can live there

I've loved living at Regency Apartments! I've been here a little over a year and am only moving out due to purchasing a home. The apartment itself had new carpeting and had ample space for what I needed. The building I was in was always quiet, neighbors were respectful, and overall the community was kept very clean. Huge props to the maintenance team for that! Only downside was no resident events during my residency, although part of my time living here was during covid procedures. I would highly recommend moving here!

I have lived at Regency Apartments for six years. This apartment has been great. Perfectly located , quite, washer/dryer in unit and I also had a garage. The staff is friendly and whenever I needed something fixed it was done very quickly. I wouldn't be leaving now, but I bought a house. No complaints.

Quiet, affordable and clean complex. Maintenance never second guessed our claims. Pets are allowed without needing to declaw. Every unit has a patio. Located in great proximity to schools/shops/restaurants. To recant many of the negative reviews on here, don't assume any month of rent is paid in advance. Take accountability for the 12 month obligation you signed and make sure there are no loose ends when moving out. This complex has been nothing but a dream for us. The only complaint I could possible have is that the gym facilities are lacking a bit in quality equipment. Otherwise a great place to live. Everyone from young couples to established families live here.
