We had a tricky closing, with owning another home out of state and circumstances constantly changing, but she found a way to make everything happen ON TIME. She was very responsive, friendly and helpful, even on weekends and evenings. She will be my first call down the road on our next home. Top notch in the lending business.

They went above and beyond to get us into our home! An issue would arise and they were on it extremely quickly. I can’t say enough good things about the service they provided and the kind, caring and compassionate people that worked their tails off!

I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with the folks at DHI Mortgage. We sought out to buy our first home and fell in love with a new build by DR Horton. The incentives were too great to pass up and we put in an offer. We then started working with Colleen Brewer and Jill Jantz over at DHI Mortgage. They were extremely tentative to our questions and even helped us along the way when I experienced a layoff while in escrow. Soon enough I was able to find another job and move forward in the process (without having to push our closing date). A HUGE shoutout to our wonderful Originator and Processor for their outstanding customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend DHI Mortgage when shopping around.

This company is worse than those scam calls I get. This company called me 12 times in one day. How is that legal. They are also one of the least professional sales people I have spoke with. The Indian or car warranty calls were better and more professional sales people.
