Terrible .. no inventory and won’t even give pictures which to me makes me think they are being shady … the lady ion the phone was very too .. talked over me when I was just trying to inquire about their houses. And there are MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS in these reviews about “cici” so why your saying she not a problem means nothing.. i also see ALOT of people saying these fast selling houses are crap which is why you wouldn’t show pictures. You’re literally commenting about yourself how else would you know the person I talked to was cici? Come on now

I started buying my property at 21 y/o with this company and I am now 24 with a 3 bed 2 full bath brick Bungalo style home on the west side of Detroit in a very good neighborhood That is payed and full. This company makes it easy for anyone to purchase a home even with bad credit. If I can do it even through nursing school and all you can too. I highly recommend this place.

More to Thank God for.....he blessed me with my very own home! Don’t know how I did , but God. There were several close calls to me breaching my contract....again God. It was a journey completed! Thanks to Property Exchange for there professionalism and expertise in property management. I will and have been referring family and friends to this realitor. Happy New Owner
