At first I loved the community with the originals management company! They would always keep it clean and maintenance would fix any issues you would have. Now I cannot wait to move! The new company, J Street, did not have a cleaning company come out to clean building 2 for about 8-9 months. I sent an email regarding the matter and was ignored. It was bad to the point that my guests would complain. I also had a work order recently where there is water rot on my base boards by the shower. They did not check for a leak they just painted over the rot. This could cause mold and heath issues. The plumbing itself is horrible, the sink is always backing up. The shower is falling apart. We’ve lived here for over a year while saving for our home, and we’ve truly loved our time here. Gianna and Stephanie are amazing they really care about the community and want to see it thrive. There’s always a fun resident event happening, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. The team is so attentive and kind. Life here is what you make of it, and for us, it’s been a wonderful experience. We’ve made lifelong friends and great memories here!
