Not sure still waiting for them to call back. Paid for application and a fee to hold the house but haven't heard back yet. And they will charge you application fee's then ask you for deposit of 200.00 dollars then try to trick you to keep your money. Don't mess with them.

Do not use this company they are thieves they charge you $45 for application fee then another $200”to process the application” LIES .... they don’t want money order they want straight cash .. she tells you if you aren’t approve the money will be giving back. & if it is approve it goes towards your first month rent just bring your receipt .Melissa with dreads who look like a dike takes people money when I went down to this office location same thing with another young women they took her money and it took her after 2 months to get her money. She had to go through legal aide. She did warn me & I wish I had listen to her. But I’m definitely going through the process of Suing these scum bags. Going through better business bureau so they won’t be doing this to no one else.

I love this place n the staff they help me n my family so much w the process of me get a place to call home they gave me a chance to show them that I can do it please don’t judge me for not having credit next step I will be asking them to teach me how to be a home owner in the lady at the front desk is a sweet heart she takes a lot w different people but she keep her cool all the time 😍😘

They have no problem helping you find a house but if you decide to rent do bother asking for there help,they'll find anyway to blame you for the damages

They are not honest.They don’t keep their promises.I hired them for my house management.I got disappointed.
