Denbow Appraising LLC

We have been aware of the professional and friendly reputation of Denbow Appraising for many years. We recently had the opportunity to work with Jennifer and other staff members regarding some family properties and find them to be very friendly, accommodating and all round fun to work with. We would definitely use them again. They are Wonderful people!

Very poor communication. I’ve been calling about my appraisal for 2 days and only get an answering machine. No reply to my emails. I feel my appraisal is wrong when I had it appraised a year ago and it was almost $30,000 more than what they say it is. I do not recommend them at all. Update 07.16.2020 Still have not heard back from the company. I called and talked to Brenda who said she would have the head appraiser look at the paperwork and get back to me. Still have not heard back from them. Underwriter requested a review, which they did but still refuse to admit they screwed up my appraisal. I feel like they saw me as gullible and took my money and ran. I do NOT recommend this company and I hope that anyone looking for an appraisal bypasses this company. Worst service I've ever had. Ha

Hands down the best appraisal company around! I have had them do several appraisals for me and I highly recommend them to family and friends. They are easy to work with, very professional and they were always on time. They answered any questions or concerns that I had. If you need an accurate appraisal, you can't go wrong with this company.

They appraised my home for the an exact & fair price expected. I received my report earlier than expected! Appraiser was very professional and on time when arriving to my home. I was quite skeptical in the process not knowing how the appraising process works, but they answered every question I had. I definitely would recommend this company to even my closest friends!

We have used Denbow Appraising twice and have been very pleased both times. Jennifer is extremely thorough and her appraisals are exceptional. We will use Denbow Appraising for any future appraisals that we need to get done and we highly recommend them.
