What a great experience! My wife and I built a custom home on Lake Sinclair. Jim Demkowski is a great communicator, collaborator and finisher. Building a custom home requires a lot of patience, persistence and coordination among the owner, the subcontractors and the government through the permitting process. My wife and I will never use another builder again.

We doubled the size of our house. The prints we had were basic lacking many typical details. It was the peak of the lumber bubble. DCH worked with us throughout the project adjusting to the availability of materials and design issues. We're very happy and would recommend them. Make things easier on everyone by asking questions and focusing on the details EARLY in the process.
