If I could give a zero I would. They have you pay for professional cleaning and to fix all the holes from hanging stuff and turn around and charge you for those things to be done again. I could probably have taken them to court over it but it wasn’t worth the headache I just wanted to be done with them. Also getting anything repaired while you live there is a long process and the communication is horrible.

The resident portal is nice and the maintenance request system was reliable. They responded quickly to requests and the owner himself was involved and responsive in multiple repairs and replacements. Only warning is don't expect to get your deposit back. You will need to hire professional services inside and out to get the place up to acceptable levels. Take them up on the move-out inspection (our schedule didn't allow for this) so they can point everything out that needs to be fixed. If they have to do any of it themselves, their charge will be extravagant.

Unprofessional employees and lack of transparency it appears they only want to collect application fees! Upon checking their site we located a property that fit the profile of what we were looking for. We made the decision to apply as the area is in high demand and it was just listed. We plan to move within the next 5 weeks but we are not local. So we needed to get the process going ASAP. There was nothing stating the property needed to be viewed onsite first. I called the next day to check status of application and was told I didn’t view the property in person yet so my application would not be processed!
