DeLayne at Twin Creeks

Living at DeLayne at Twin Creeks has been an excellent experience for us. We have been living at DeLayne at Twin Creeks for a while now. We’re in Building 8, and we truly feel at home here. The whole community is clean, peaceful, and very well cared for. I really want to highlight the office team because they make a big difference. Megan is outstanding. She’s welcoming, patient, and always ready to help with a smile. Denise is just as amazing. She’s quick to respond, easy to talk to, and really goes out of her way to make things smooth for residents. You can tell they both take pride in what they do. The maintenance team has also been great. Whenever we’ve needed something, they handled it quickly and professionally. We’re happy living here and look forward to staying for a long time.

I’ve had a great experience at DeLayne Apartments, and I’d like to highlight two outstanding staff members. Daniel from the maintenance team is truly exceptional. He is highly professional, very responsive, and always gets the job done efficiently. What really stands out is his attitude—he is trustworthy, respectful, and treats residents with genuine care. He feels more like a family member than just a maintenance technician. I also want to thank Katie at the leasing office. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She knows how to handle situations smoothly and always makes you feel comfortable and valued before you leave the office. Both Daniel and Katie make living here a much better experience. Highly appreciated!

I moved to Delayne at Twin Creeks last month, and it has been a great experience so far. The Twin Creeks community is quiet and welcoming. Denise and Katie are amazing—they went above and beyond to make my move smooth. Denise even came in on her day off to give me my keys on February 16th, which was a holiday and the office was closed.

I'm so happy I ended up living at Delayne. The leasing office team has been wonderful to work with & have accommodated my family's changing needs professionally & gracefully. The grounds here at Delayne are impeccably maintained by the amazing maintenance crew. That crew is such a joy to work with! They are also very prompt, skilled & the most pleasant I've ever encountered. You can definitely tell they care about their work. Their work is outstanding!!

Scammers! Never trust this places word, either record it yourself or have them write it down saying they acknowledge the price and won’t change it! I wanted to stay here but when I spoke with the manager, she wasn’t able to get me the room I requested unless it was right then and there with the whole amount of money. I told her I could get it the next day, but when I tried to do it online, there was a glitch, changing the price quite a bit but it wouldn’t work. I spoke with the main supervisor over the apartments that’s same day and said “she couldn’t do anything about the price change” This lady is the top person and refuses to help someone out who is trying to have a roof over his head. Ridiculous! They don’t keep their word, they make excuses, and don’t care about keeping people interes
