Deer Run At Beckett Ridge

I live here… worst decision I’ve ever made. When you call Danielle, she doesn’t ever respond, doesn’t open the doors to her office (only when you pay rent). When something needs fixing, she says maintenance will fix it in “20 minutes” and 3 days go by. The worst part is there is no contact information to the actual complex owners to file a complaint. We were given the apartment old, used and dirty… we were told we would get new tubs and still nothing.

Applied for an apartment specifically for the school district... I was told there would be a unit available within a few weeks and no one else was on the waiting list. Asked questions of what would disqualify my application. Was told old utility bills and evictions. I had neither. Asked about credit score(mine was a 560, my fiance 720) and was told that didnt make a difference. I thought great, this is perfect. Took application with me so that I could have everything they needed all at once. Returned next day and no one was there. Returned again following day and still not open. The manager Danielle will straight up lie to your face, promise to call you back and won’t. This place is an overpriced joke. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Too many lies and too much drama. Don’t even get me started on the HOA board.

0 star for this place, They are charging me improperly, I do not recommend this place, there is never anyone in the office, they never answer the phone, when there is finally someone they do not want to answer and if you say that you are going to wait outside they call the police to remove you from the outskirts of the office, they do not give a copy of the lease, and when you ask they say that when they have time they will leave it outside the house
