My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and we absolutely love it, Amy is so helpful anytime we need it, as well as Landon always is quick to respond with helpful information. I can say the location is great, super clean, the neighbors & it is never uncomfortable going to the pool or hectic with craziness. Very safe at night if you are a woman or child, I always feel comfortable in my place by myself, safe to say it is a great place to live!

In choosing a place for my parents to be closer to most of our family, but remain independent we scoured Greenville, Texas and surrounding areas pretty thoroughly. Their move was from North East Oklahoma where they were quite active in the community. At that time Deer Run was a great match. It was managed differently back then and sort of catered more empty nest singles and couples, though that wasn't advertised as such. They were the first to live in their unit which was 2BR/2Bath & 2 car garage that overlooked the pool. Maintenance was never a problem. In fact, it wasn't uncommon for maintenance employees to stop by and ask if they had issues that needed addressed. This was my potential place to live until yesterday. I am seeking an apartment with a garage, Greenville has 4 apartments with garages. Yesterday I walked in Deer Run to get some prices and see floor plans. After walking in, I felt like the lady there was not welcoming at all for 1. Another thing I perceived is that she really was dry on information , when I asked about the floor plans she responded we won’t have anything until the Summer. Again I understand how apartments work and how you have to wait for availability, but I got the why are you here impression. I just think regardless of if you have availability or whatever the case may be, you should always make the customer feel welcome. After calling and leaving a message requesting an appointment to look at apartments, we quickly got a response. We met with Landon and got all the information needed. He was very polite, quick to try to accommodate us and made the decision very easy (after speaking with, and looking at other places). Unfortunately, my daughter took another job offer so we did not relocate, but if she ever finds herself back in Greevville, I have no doubt we will call Landon again!
