Deer Run Apartments

Steer clear of this place. Rent increases year over year. Constant employee turnover. The only person who has been here for the 2 years Ive lived here is the property manager. The current maintenance guys are pretty good honestly but i cant imagine them staying here for long. When you get your apartment it will 100% be given the "landlord special" of a quick spray of paint and that's about it. My apartment was hardly "clean" when i got it, it also had a hole in the bathtub, sticky hanging things applied by im assuming a previous tenant that the maintenance team 2 years ago was too lazy to get rid of before handing over the keys. Appliances are severely outdated. And dont even get me started on the neighbors and parking situation. If you want a peaceful apartment complex to live in this is

We've lived here for 2 years. If you want to save money and you're trying to find a really good apartment that don't have bugs that ain't having to be sprayed for roaches all the time that ain't going to run your electric bill sky high that ain't going to end up costing you money to fix for stuff around the apartment like mold etc if you don't want to have to pay or deal with any of those problems do not get an apartment at deer run apartments and just to let you know as a courtesy because no one even let us know your rent goes up every year by a lot when it's not even worth it for the apartment you have broken equipment all the time broken doors so much mold.

Damn packages being STOLEN right out front the apartment complex office. Theft is huge in this apartment complex. Also no cameras at the office? They can put a note on your door saying you have a package that was accidentally dropped off at office and then you go to pick up said package and its not there. Nice thanks.

I just made here 1 year on the 5th and I'm loving it management cares and they are on top of maintenance and pest control but the tenants have to do there part and prepare the apartment and let them do their work my area is nice and quiet and my neighbors are friendly my son and I are very comfortable the rent price is reasonable for what you have to do in activities and all the shops are near by and convenience keep up the good work management and maintenance

Things were very rocky when we moved in management sucked the pool was never open if it was it was slimy and dirty but since the new management and employees things have went so much better the pool has been open and things are getting taken care of! Thank you Bobby and John!
