Decker Place Apartments

I would and have recommended living here. I just signed on for a second year here and I must say that living here is great. Jade and Jackie, in the leasing office, are always eager to help and make sure the tenants are taken care of. If there’s a problem of any they are on it immediately. I especially tip my hat to the maintenance man, Aurelio. He’s definitely a jack of all trades. He’s there until the job is done and smiles through it all no matter what it is. I can honestly say I have no complaints about living here. I love it!

I had a great experience living in this apartment community since 2018. Jackie & Jade are extremely helpful and do monthly resident events which me and all my neighbors love attending ! Aurelio, the maintenance man, deserves a special mention as well. He was quick to respond to any maintenance requests, and his work was top-notch. He ensured that any issues were resolved promptly, which made living here very comfortable.

first time renting can be nerve recking, but Jackie/Jade both were such a great help on explaining the qualifications and lease to me. I lived here for a 12 months and had no complaints! Maintenance Auerlio always went above and beyond and keeping the property looking clean! If you are looking for an easy going, small apartment community with a great staff this place is the place to go!

I currently reside here at Decker place apartments, and I give 5 stars due to my safe neighborhood, Ms. Jackie and her leasing team have been extremely compassionate about my needs and wants regarding my apartment. They are very understanding especially when life has a way of making things imbalanced. Overall I have been in Texas for a year now and they sure know how to make me and my family feel at home. Management needs to do something and attempt to manage the property and website. Had issues with this complex pushing back move in date and no sympathy for their negligence. Jacqueline is nice and seems to stay on top of things as well as she can, and the reason my review gets a 2nd star. I dont leave reviews unless I have a good experience or a really bad experience. Thanks, Jacqueline, for the good experience, but the management needs improving.
