Poor living conditions low rent but you really pay for it. I spent more trying to correct problems than the full rent per month 5 to 7k in last 6 months cleaning supplies creams for skin bleeding skin ulcers bill over old swamp. Unkept grounds tics and tape worms from deer and dumpster overflow weekly unsanitary bad smell. Manager gives you lease violations for neglected repairs expects tenant to pay employees owned nonprofit just a tax write off for some doctor. They could careless if you die their bad.

I call for weeks just to check availability and who answer the phone just stay quiet or simply redirect the call to voicemail not sure if she don't have ethics or she dosen't want to work management should get a person with more intresting on rent that just spend time on the office probabbly getting a paycheck just to get warm a chair i have 2 potencial tenants that im not going to recomend this place management take care please because place have a great reputation for let it down over this ...thanks

Was excited to check this place out and potentially sign a lease but good luck getting in touch with them. Left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails all of which have gone unanswered. That's not a good way to treat your clients. Oh well. Lost the opportunity to house a few good and responsible tenants. Will be looking elsewhere.

Management is only here Tues and Thur...nothing is for the residents its all about what management wants. They do needless MONTHLY INSPECTIONS in every room of your home only to be nosey. They do not address your concerns at all. Flat paint all through the house and you can't wipe clean without taking the paint off...Maintenance man Al is half assed, creepy,and gossips with other nosey residents...cops are out here almost on a weekly basis because neighbors cannot get a long. Racists are welcomed and all black kids are apparently the only ones who roam around unsupervised even though the lil white ones are just as ratchet or worse. We have neighborhood snitches who report every move to the office. They start drama and are even encouraged to relay other peoples business to them...a white ki
