Dawkins Gardens Apartments

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Dawkins Gardens. Shane is hands-down one of the best landlords and businessmen I’ve ever met. He’s extremely understanding, professional, and genuinely cares about his tenants. The apartments are very clean, landscaping is well maintained, pest control is always on point, and the appliances are new and well-maintained. Maintenance is also fast and responsive every time I need something. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable, and the location is great—just a short drive from the airport. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Highly recommend Dawkins Gardens and working with Shane.

I’ve only been here for a month, but I can say it is a very quiet community. Jose in maintenance is extremely quick with the response times. I love it here for the most part. Highly Recommended!

Coming up on a year here and I have to say everything has been consistent. The maintenance here is unlike other communities. You have never seen such fast service were things actually get fixed. Very quiet community as well.

I moved in these apartments back in October and the apartment are very nice. The new upgrade to the apartment are amazing. The management and maintenance crew are great.If you’re looking for a great first apartment or a apartment with friendly neighbors or family environment these are the ones.
