Just reported this corporation to the attorney general and to all online accounts where they are advertising this house. You will not argue back and forth with me about my ESA therapeutic companion. I have my doctor and therapist who signed off of this. It’s a part of the ADA and is against the law. What you did was discriminatory and me telling you my about diagnosis. You were very argumentative and down right rude. Do not advertise pet friendly and then try to hustle fees on a ESA pet. Update to the Owner: You are a liar. Screenshots prove everything! Shall I contact Zillow and let them know too? Because I can surely take it there also. You are rude and you are mad someone called you out!

My experience with Davis Property Management has been very positive. I've been renting the same home for 2 1/2 years now and have encountered professionalism and excellent communication. Maintenance team has been outstanding especially in emergency repair situations with quick response and repair.

Definitely Very Unprofessional! I toured a property with chuck he gave me a business card to apply online. I applied that same day and even got a email saying my credit had been ran by them. Which I met all of the requirements I called the office and haven’t gotten a call back since. I paid a $50 application fee and haven’t heard if I was approved or denied or anything. Please do yourself a favor and take your money else where if possible. Even when I was touring the place chuck didn’t seem to be impressed by skin color when I got out of my vehicle to meet him if that makes sense. Stay away from this company!

Davis Realty is by far one of the best Realty companies I have ever worked with. Chuck and team treat every tenant with high regard and we are super thankful that we had the opportunity to work with them. If I ever move back to the area, I will definitely be reaching out to Davis Realty. Can't say enough about their team!
