The company has Predatorial practices. They use bait and switch tactics to get people in the door, then raise prices at will. I have been renting a commercial property for over two years. The rental office is rude. I was just belittled today by NOAH at David S Brown for asking why my rent was increasing again, because it’s always new charges every month. He actually tried making me feel bad by saying Oh I have never had a tenant ask me about any additional charges. As if I’m being petty for inquiring about MY MONEY. They unprofessional. Not to mention, I was told I would have to pay first month rent and security deposit when I went to lease signing however Noah switched and said oh no I need two months security deposit. Specifically The Metro Group: Brandon, Devin and James!! We are in an owings mills location and they came out in this heck of a snow storm to help clear our sidewalks and they were so so kind. I barely wanted to dig out my car but I commend these guys for coming out to help us when I’m sure they would have liked a snow day themselves!

Amy Chong was our tour guide. We looked at Many apartments and factored in everything , love the apartment and location so we decided to apply because of Amy , she goes the extra mile and treats people with respect and does her best to help with everything. She has answered all our questions, answers and calls back promptly. Thank you for the experience. Best leasing agent we have had thus far.

I reside at one of the properties owned by this group and received thorough, considerate and timely care by the maintenance staff. I want to shoutout Nate and say "thank you" for taking the time to explain things to me. I could tell he cared about the work he was doing and I was impressed that you went the extra mile to help my husband and I at our unit.
