Her responsiveness is outstanding, and she consistently follows through to ensure everything is handled properly. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing excellent service, and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We really appreciate her attention to detail and support.

I've had a great experience working with the Martin team managing my single family home. They have been communicative and on top of things so I don't always have to be worried about the house myself. Their maintenance team has stayed on top of things with folks like Larisa and Johnny resolving issues in a timely manner with updates along the way

Our rental property recently switched. We’ve had a very positive experience so far with Dickson Realty Management . The team has been responsive, professional, and quick to take action whenever we’ve had questions or needed support. Communication has been timely, and it’s appears they care about making sure everything runs smoothly for their tenants. My experience with David Martin Dickson Realty has been nothing short of extremely pleasant. Their maintenance team - specifically Jaden - is very efficient. Any issues i’ve had (which are always minimal) get handled very quickly and with no hassle. This team cannot be recommended enough, everyone is so kind!
