Was in office today for another horrible experience. Not only is the way he treats people absolutely criminal, but he was also calling a young boy behind me (Of latin descent) a liar. The boy was horrified behind me in the office. I had to leave immediately as to not be involved in the wrath of Joe DaSilva. Poor value, quality, and non professionalism are an understatement with this man and his business. Clearly nothing was learned during his two years in jail. Guilt certainly ruins people If a complaint to the city could be made, it would already be done.

In my first month of renting from these folks, the landlord entered my apartment while he thought I was at work. This is absolutely criminal, unacceptable, and leads me to believe he does this on a frequent basis to all of his tenants. Not only is he extremely negligent, but be careful, he also creeps by your apartment at all times of the day and night taking photos of your rental property.

Complete slumlord! Breaks into homes of people he rents to and steals from them. Never give him your business or personal info. If he already is bothering you call the cops.

If I could leave a lower review I would. Absolute slumlord and he’s running for city council I believe! Time to go out and vote and make sure he doesn’t get his hands further into the workings of our town

I was looking at office space. Called three times with no callback from Joe DaSilva. Not worth the headache. Keep looking.
