I had the most disappointing experience with this business. Initially, the owner charged a fair amount for the work, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. After making a 50% payment, we were promised completion in 2 weeks. However, despite multiple requests for status updates over 4 months, there was no response. When finally got in contact with the owner who promised to finish the work by the weekend. After the weekend passed without communication, it took another month before we were able to express our decision to discontinue services due to severe project delays and financial strain.
