The Ridge at Sawmill

Such a lovely apartment complex. Everything was new and beautifully maintained. The club room and gym are awesome. Erika was amazing. Every question answered quickly. Really loved living here. It’s really central and walking distance to the cute Creamery and close to the shops and restaurants in Shelton.

I am so grateful to have found this incredible place. The entire complex is top-notch, with its pristine, newly built amenities. It has a peaceful and quiet environment. Our two bedroom apartment is very spacious. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding level of care and professionalism that we receive here from management. Their compassion, kindness, and responsiveness have been remarkable. We always feel valued and their exceptional service has been an absolute game-changer. If you are looking for a home with a quiet atmosphere and great community, this is the one. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed the time I spent living at this apartment. Everyone is extremely friendly and Erika was extremely helpful working with us with anything from mail delivery to transitioning from our lease to our new home. I highly recommend giving this apartment a try if you are looking for a place that is quiet, ample parking, close to shopping and restaurants with good community members.

I’ve been here for 1-1/2 years now and love the place!! Erika who is the property manager is amazing! Very personable and excellent with communication. I would definitely recommend living here. 😍

I have been in this complex for a year and a half beautiful place no issues whatsoever it’s clean excellent management services. Don’t know who the other reviewer is but I think they were in the wrong building was not at the ridge. Plan to be here as long as I can.
