Dan-Mar Management

I live in The Woods And Dan Mar is the property management company. They are literally the worst! Every job they do is done the cheapest, easiest way and it's always left looking terrible. Our entire community is in the process of getting rid of them. We had a wind storm that ripped off a ton of siding from our building and they literally patched it with different color siding and did so in a way that when the next wind came through, the siding blew off again.

I spoke to a Jen who subsequently hung up on me. I was asking questions about an outdoor light that at some point seem to be on a timer. I was trying to get information. I never raised my voice. I never use foul language but her answers didn’t make sense. I asked for someone from maintenance how convenient she said she was maintenance.. rated the fact after she told me I needed to get myself an electrician. And I did tell her that that’s why Dan Moore is one of the lowest rated management because she had no way try to help me. And if I had use foul language, if I had raised my voice, if I was nasty, then she hung up that would be fine, but she hung up so completely unprofessional telling me I just didn’t like what she was saying or I didn’t get what I wanted to hear which is a lie. Dan Mar Management has been one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Their customer service is extremely poor—emails often go unanswered, and when they do respond, it’s usually incomplete or dismissive. Hollyann is a clear example of this unprofessional behavior. She stops replying the moment an issue doesn’t favor the HOA. I’ve requested to speak with a manager multiple times over email and have been completely ignored. When I call, I’m told the manager is unavailable and am simply redirected to the general inbox—which is just as ineffective. What’s most disappointing is their total lack of accountability. Nothing but lip service when it comes to doing things to improve their property and doesn't do anything but collect an increasing amount of money per month. An absolute embarrassment of a company.

I never have a problem with anyone in the office.They're very helpful and friendly. Our snow removal is always very prompt and the guys do a great job with lawn maintenance!
