UPDATE: I was actually showed a nice 2bdrm house needes a little work but nothing major and she was pleasent in person. First let's start with I was referred to this company by MHR mental health resources and the lady in the office said I have the perfect place for you she took me out off Brady to this dump they call apartments the kitchen window had been spray painted black the tub wasn't usable the wall was rotting out the wood panel was hanging by a thread she said don't worry Charles from housing will still pass the apt and let us know to get it fixed. That was the 1st experience I call later on which would be in 10/23 and she said I have a house coming available in Nov call back and I waited and called back just for her to say the tenants decided to stay but they have a 3bdrm coming

Dallas rentals properties have black mold they are roach infested and mouse infested it’s not safe just look somewhere else Zia loge might be cheap but isn’t worth all the health risks and headaches and suffering of always smelling death

DO NOT RENT HERE. Me and my fiancé had the worst experience renting from them. We rented a 4 bedroom 2 bath and when we initially moved in the house was disgusting, the carpets were stained, there was dirt beneath every window sill along with the yard being a total disaster. During our lease with them there was black mold above the doorway due to a leak that they said they’d fix and the never got around to fixing it. Also we had a visit from someone trying to serve the home owner a subpoena because he wasn’t paying his mortgage. We then started looking for another place to live because we knew soon they were going to get foreclosed on. We finally moved out and deep cleaned the entire house inside and out, making it look a million times better then it did when we moved in. Come exactly 30 d
