I worked with Alissa for closing on my house the process was smooth. They budgeted enough time to get me in-and-out with great efficiency. I didn't wait beyond my appointment time and Alissa gave some general info on the area that a new resident would want to know (tips, tricks, cost saving options for local expenses, etc). With a pretty clear cut situation, I think she went above and beyond to find ways to improve her customer service. I would recommend her and this company!
