This is a great place to live it I really enjoy it here. Great location for Clovis and the apartments are affordable and nice. I also like the architecture of the buildings.

On day 9 with NO HOT WATER! The temperature has been anywhere from 9° - 23° as the low temperatures!!!
Worst place to rent 😕 been waiting for a refrigerator for a whole year and now I have to wait for a ghost to come bring me one
This place is infested with bed bugs. Then they try to keep your money when you move out! I got pictures to prove it!
