We rented for two years with Prime. Everything was done online except picking up the keys. The app allowed us to make services requests and pay monthly. The staff was always quick to respond to even the smallest of requests. A few months ago, Holly started helping us get into our forever home. After endless showings, we found our dream home. Holly was there right by our side through the entire buying process championing for us to get everything we wanted and needed. We definitely recommend Prime for renting and buying your home.
