He knows the market like the back of his hand, he is efficient, and he does a great job. We arrived in town for a day and a half, and Dale was able to quickly arrange a long list of properties for us to visit. He had a great sense of what we were looking for, and we found a house that we loved that day. He also does property management, which made things even easier. He is a great guy, no nonsense guy, and is very thorough. He made everything very easy. I highly recommend him!

Today was my first time dealing with this guy. Its obvious the reviews on here are friends, family, acquaintances, and so forth. This guy has zero professionalism. He has a home listed in Maricopa for $1650 we are four adults with a combined income of $6000+/month yet he states we can not afford the $1650. Most rentals ask for income of 2-3 times which we make over the 3X amount. He seemed very "attacking" towards me when all he had to do was simply deny it and there. He chose to send me a personal email instead and it had a harrassing and discriminatory format. He said "you dont qualify and should go rent an apartment". Very judgemental. He wants to attack me yet can't spell correctly he tried to say "at least" yet put "at lease". Be careful with this guy! Glad we saw this before getting
