If I could I would do ZERO stars! This management company is trauma. After 3 whole years living here, this is what I have to say: 1. No security, No cameras, No safety 2. No management team, just a bunch of people looking for temporary employment 3. No good reason as to why they increase their yearly rent. No F’s given. I have been robbed by either other tenants or friends of the tenants. (tenants leave doors open for their buddies to sneak in to steal mail packages) Management DOES NOT CARE. They tolerate and allow robbery and other heinous crimes to be active in their apartments. Their managers/employees have changed so many times. I have lived here for almost 2 years. The rent is cheaper than most in the area. I live in the first building most of the neighbors are friendly and everyone helps each other out. There is one lady (Rebecca) who complains about everything to management even when it’s completely unnecessary or untrue. She does stomp on my ceilings out of anger and has “Karen” tendencies. Like yelling at the cleaning man at 2 in the afternoon for vaccuming when she’s sleeping. I’ve literally lived here 2 years and never heard a dog barking. As for the apartment and management: since Blackbridge took over in Dec 2023 I have had no issues. They are quick to respond to any maintenance requests and do a thorough job. ZERO Stars! - DO NOT LIVE HERE! Yes it's "cheap" but you get what you pay for. We lived here for 3 years (2020 - 2023) and each year they kept raising the rent price on us. We didn't have an issue as we still could afford it. Super LOUD neighbors and the other neighbors would call the cops multiple times on them. That's how bad it got! The day before we moved out, my car was towed right off my ASSIGNED unit parking spot. I had no idea why it was towed away and it gave me great stress thinking someone stole my car, so I did not hesitate to call 911. We gave management our updated car info prior to this day when they asked for it so they can update their system of our cars info. And yet my car still got towed away. smh.. DO NOT rent from black bridge they are SLUMLORDS. They do not have up to date Amenities in these apartments, in the second building on the first floor the apartment is vacant for 2 years due to the walls been ripped out and wires exposed, the front a back doors of the buildings stay broken, there is no maintenance here to help with anything that breaks aswell as there are mice that are coming in due to that wall being open, the office when the landlord be at is completely unavailable most of the time, unprofessional, they is a family that lives on the third floor in the second building that makes a lot of noises throughout the day and night, bouncing a ball , skating in the apartment and then when you call property management they call her and she lies, then back to square one!!!! They don’t even have anyone hired to plow the rather large parking area. Had to get pushed out TWICE because there is so much slush. No salt available to the residents either. Atleast a half inch of ice on the walkway steps as well. Not to mention how badly the actual apartments are maintained, they like to paint over mold. It’s ridiculous that the landlord is collecting everyone’s money and they can’t even plow their freaking parking lot in the middle of winter? After several bad storms? Gulag.
