Worst experience ever! I have never been treated as bad as Karen Giattino had treated my wife and I. She and her very close partner are truly "Karen's". After signing the contract, your thoughts and concerns are useless, and it then becomes all about the buyers. It was much worse than this post can share. Consumers be aware, find another realtor.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with, especially being our first time buying a house. From the first time we contacted him until just after we closed Anthony stayed in contact with us, kept is informed throughout the entire process, was on time or early to appointments, and he puts the extra time and effort that is needed in today's market. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him. Being our first house and not being easy to get approved there was a couple times where I felt many realtors would've bailed on us Anthony stayed right with it and did everything he could to get us the house we wanted/ needed. Thank you Anthony, words can't describe how much this meant to us and how much we appreciate you.

We contacted Jennifer Stewart to view several homes around Chattanooga. Even though there was a known possibility we might not choose that area for a home purchase, she graciously led us to about 10 homes in various places, answering our questions, thoroughly (we hadn't come shopped in about 25 years.) I highly recommend giving her a call if you're buying or selling a home. Thanks, again, Jen!

Annette was dedicated, organized, supportive, and fun. We looked at houses for 12 hours on a saturday, and could not have had a better, more productive time. She went out of her way to maximize our time and get us what we wanted. She truly listened to the list of our wants and needs. Can't ask for more! Great job!

The broker representing the seller of a house I purchased was suppose to replace the rain cap on the chimney. She did but the cap was useless. Now I have to spend the time and money to replace. Also, the broker left the sign in the backyard. I called to have someone pick up. Did not happen. I had to dump the sign in a dumpster. I would never use this company.
