They have been responsive whenever we needed them and made the entire process as seamless as possible. Very professional from start to finish. Very fair in every aspect. Crown has managed six of my properties since 2019. They are dedicated to serving both tenants and landlords. The communication and attention to detail are excellent. They are always responsive to any maintenance issues. They are very flexible. I used my contractors most of the time, and they are OK with it. They are also OK with getting a quote from other contractors when I ask. Crown doesn't take any commission when they use their contractor for maintenance issues. I used their contactor several times and didn't see Crown taking any cut out of it. They are good at placing tenants. Since 2019, I have had no bad incidents.
