Crossgates Apartments

Been trying to get a hold of someone here for over a month. No one answers the phone or returns my calls despite leaving a voicemail each time. I'm on the verge of becoming homeless with my children and as I said, I've been attempting to reach someone here for over a month. I understand how wait lists work but what's the point of no one answers their phone? I don't want my kids in a shelter, I don't have a car, and I don't have too many options and hardly anyone to rely on.

There's no maintenance there's no manager and if someone's is in the office they never answer your phone calls or concerns and they don't care about your safety or your kids.. they don't care about whats going on on this property. they're just worried about their little paycheck they're all money hungry and it's the worst place to live especially with kids..

This place is a worthless piece of s### no good for a family or kids with all the drugs and crime going on and the manger doesnt no how to do her job or care about the crime that goes on she is a worthless dumb bi### amd you say something to her she goes and tell the person who said it and then when you confront her she try to act funny and say she didnt i wont tell a dog to live her

Quiet, decent looking, has shade. I can only do three stars as I've never lived there.

I have been there so many hoops to finally be able to move here and I finally got my home here and I can now be at peace. I love it here.
