I must say that Amado did a phenomenal job of taking care of the maintenance service request! He took the time to explain to me how the showers work etc so it doesn’t leak. He also promptly ensured to get me a new dishwasher because my old one was burnt inside. He is such a hard worker!! Thank you!!

After leaving this review, I got a call from a manager and the maintenance issues were promptly resolved, and the manager was even able to get a dishwasher from another community so it could be replaced more quickly. Still, none of these issues should've happened in the first place, and the new maintenance request system is very inconvenient if you want to be home for the appointment. Original review: The apartment at Cross Creek I just moved into was very clean, but there are a lot of maintenance issues that have not been addressed, and communication from the office has been very sparse. Most of the electrical outlets are so worn out that plugs just fall out, a few of the light switches do not work, the dishwasher is completely broken, and some of the carpet was improperly installed and

Location is the best. No EV charger and weekend parking is a major hassle. If you go out at night you may not have a spot left for parking. Megan M was helpful from the start and help us find the right fit for our needs.
