property manager feel like they can let them selves into your apartment while you're using the bathroom. 5 times the entered my apartment while i was inside my apartment. twice while I'm in the bathroom. there's is nothing more disturbing for a disabled female that lives alone then seeing a random man in her kitchen as she exiting the bathroom. violating my religious and moral beliefs as well as my right to privacy.

Been here in Clinton Manor for three months and I love it! Close to everything I could need in Clinton, New Harford, etc. The upkeep is timely and efficient; Sandi Davis is an outstanding and empathetic manager who takes the time to listen to our concerns. I feel very lucky to live here - Dennis Chapman

Glad I was able to find a new place. From being told I hadn't paid my rent but over paying having to call the corporate office to get a straight answer. Having my recert and telling them everything that was wrong to nothing getting fixed until probably after we moved out a year later. The policy's that are in place are not cohesive with having a family with little kids. Just honestly lack of care of the building itself. This is a stepping stone to better for me and my family. But I truly hope things get better.

They are the worst place to rent from I was a previous tenant and when it came time to go to court they walked in and told the judge that me and my spouse were standing in the parking lot and we weren't even there and then 12 years later my sister goes to try to get it a place there and they denied her while running my name in the ground which is discrimination under the Fair housing act I don't want to live there my sister's boyfriend makes $60,000 a year I don't understand why they were denied other than the fact that she shares my last name the place is garbage the people that run it need to give up
