Crestmoor Park South Apartments

I lived here and won in an eviction case but they still refused to renew my lease. My apartment #36 was filled with mold and it took a month foe me to get a working fridge.

I agree with Nikki, I absolutely love living here. It took nine months on a waiting list before I got my town house but it was worth the wait. The office staff seems friendly and helpful as do the maintenance guys. Update: Still happy here. Office staff is amazing (shout out to Natalie!) Maintenance is on top of things. I look forward to many more years here.

I have lived her since July 2018, and I agree with Not Cody! As long as you follow the Rules and take care of your apartment and report your maintenance issues, they are resolved in a timely manner. The office staff are doing their jobs.

I was repeatedly told that after living there a year, I could move any time with only putting in a 30 day notice. No fee, penalty, etc. This was told to my face. Even when I finally expressed I would be leaving, and that I was informed previously all I needed was to provide the 30 day notice, no mention of fee or penalty. Imagine my surprise upon moving out that I get a bill for a grand stating I terminated my lease. Mind you, this place has you sign new paperwork every time something in your life changes, so a "lease" isn't so much a contract of a time frame but more a documentation that something monetarily changed. They even charged me for replacing carpet after telling me that it's all getting ripped out. I knew this to be true as all apartments around me had new wood flooring while
