Cresswind at Spring Haven

Review update: 1/7/25 we have officially moved here back in October of 2025. I cant say enough great things about this 55 + community Cresswind at Spring Haven and Kolter homes. Anything we needed had quick follow up, they were very professional and polite. The clubhouse is not completed as of yet, but many events have happened due to the planning of our activity Director. The quality and craftsman of my new home is top tier. Lastly, the neighbors and everyone we have met here has been extremely welcoming and very friendly. Best hidden gem in Newnan. A beautiful community that is close to shopping, eateries, churches, fitness centers, hospital and minutes away from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The community offers a variety of home options to choose between. Home sweet home

I always feel very welcome entering the facility. The friendly atmosphere makes me definitely want to be a part of the community. I’ll be even more excited once phase two opens, so I can start planning my home. I’m enjoying working with Pam. She has been very positive and supportive. I enjoyed the ground breaking of the clubhouse. The warmth of my future neighbors makes me ecstatic to join the family at Crestwind at Spring Haven. You will be seeing me more often visiting.

I’ve been visiting Cresswind since March 2024 and have been planning on buying there since I relocated in June. Every time I visit, Justin has been very patient with my questions and great about keeping me informed of developments. He knows me by name whenever I drop. I love seeing the progress of the community since my first visit and am one step closer to finally buying my own home in this beautiful community!

Potential Home Buyer’s Beware: Cresswind Springhaven 55+ Neighborhood by Kolter Homes in Newnan has multiple residents that have had MAJOR hot water heater issues since moving in to their brand new homes. My parents moved in middle of November 2024 and have had continued hot water heater issues that remain an issue until today March 18, 2025. Though Kolter, Plumbers and Rinnai (manufacturer) representatives have tried to resolve the issue(s) they remain unresolved. My 80+ year old parents have had to “unplug” or reset their Rinnai hot water heater almost everyday for months!! At times having no hot water at all.
