Creekwood Villas

My spouse and I lived in the community from 2023-2025. Our neighbors were friendly, the area generally felt safe, and we appreciated the dog park, on-site gym, online payment system, and the overall affordability. That said, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon move-in, the unit we were given looked nothing like the photos or description we applied for and signed a lease for. The unit was advertised as semi-updated with white walls, with the restroom being the only area not updated. We were required to sign the lease before receiving keys, and once we raised concerns after seeing the unit, we were told, “you shouldn’t have accepted the keys.” At the time, I was 22 years old, had just left a difficult family situation, had all my belongings in my car, a

They are nice to you when you move in. And it's a pretty place to live. But when you move out not only are they going to find every excuse to keep your deposit they will find extraordinary reasons to charge you in top of that. This company is trying to take an additional $2100 from us on top of the $600 deposit. Learn the laws and don't put up with this stuff. This will be the third time now I've had to make a court case on moving out. So sad how greedy these companies are.

*UPDATE: it's been over a week since a refund was supposedly reissued to the office for me to pick up. Still no refund. I applied for a unit and put a holding deposit down but am waiting for my refund now. I have called and emailed multiple times with one 1 response stating it takes 21 days to receive the refund and that it was processed on Jan 29th. 28 days later not a thing in the mail. There is no way it takes this long!!

It's the very first apartment complex that I ever lived in that is so eco friendly, (and extremely pet friendly altogether), and having ducks as our neighbors by the creek's bank is a beatiful thing. I love seeing nature in it natural state. I enjoy seeing the ducks surround the creekwood water banks enjoying nature, and then sometimes seeing them float gently down the stream. Sometimes I'll see the little ducklings following the momma duck. It feels a lot diffent when you see it in real life or in person. Creekwood property also has a doggy park, it's small, regular size for some, but big enough for those little ones to run around. Plus it also has poo poo doggy bag stations throughout the property (for the conscience pet owners/dog lovers to help pick up freshly made poo poo). Now

110% agree with the front staff comment. The individual with the overly done lashes has the rudest attitude you would need to not want to live in this dump. She should be fired.
