Creekwood Apartments

Great community to live at the staff is wonderful nice and love there residents the property is clean they respond to work orders in a timely manner and the rent prices are just lovely and the process to move me in was great I didn’t have to wait long to find out I was approved the process was fast thank you all for welcoming me here I love it.

I moved here over a year ago with my husband and our daughter and have loved every second! Management and staff are very kind and accommodating. My daughter especially likes Jasmine Smith she always is super friendly and happy to help with whatever we need. I've never had such a positive experience at an apartment complex. And the apartments themselves are super clean and kept up with. I also love how involved the community is they host events for us and it's been a great way to meet other parents especially while working its hard to socialize sometimes but its a lot easier when your community has cute events!

8/03/2025 I was a former resident at CreekWood aptmnts in DeSoto,TX, for a little over 4 years I was considered a valued residence upon renewal management at the time posted a notification on my door stating non- renewable lease I vacated 60 days with that time frame Sept 30,2024 I turned in my keys on September 30,2034 I checked the rent portal on October 1st 2024 called and texted for my final bill no response only response from management was former resident does not have access to rent portal...I have been recently informed that I have outstanding payment debt which has impacted my rental history due to a debt with CreekWood aptmnts I am requesting help in this matter as soon as possible Management had my email address,my phone number as well my forwarded address to contact me for bill

Keenan was a great help with me on moving in and getting my rent settled. He responds quick to any maintenance and he also very nice. Me and wife moved in about 4 months ago and we still believe it’s one of the best things we did!! Glad I went these apartments.

Moved in these apartments 4months ago and I have to tell you Deandre was amazing from the day I came in till I moved in. She delivered amazing customer service and she kept her word on everything, and went above and beyond to help all ways possible..she definitely deserves a raise. The apartments are great outside of loud noise in the morning from the kiddos waiting on bus everything else is awesome and I would definitely recommend moving here
