Creekview at 61st

I had such a great experience at Creekview at 61st! The staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I need. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. The property itself is always spotless — the grounds are well-kept, landscaping is beautiful, and common areas are always clean. You can tell the management team takes real pride in keeping everything looking its best. It’s such a peaceful, positive community, If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, safe, and run by a fantastic team, Creekview at 61st is the place to be!

Before when I first moved in I had no problems. Cynthia and Erica were on top of anything and always helped me. Now Erica is gone and they cut Cynthia’s hours and hired a Marissa. Marissa doesn’t accept ESA animals and she tries to contact directly with out permission your therapist. Then she can’t read a lease. And will try to make up her own rules about what is on a lease you signed 6 months before she was even here. I wish who ever stays and comes good luck. The pool is always closed. Laundry room is okay. Dryers are iffy on if they want to work. (That has nothing to do with the ladies themselves I’m just saying because there’s been a few times I had to dry again.) Other than that it’s a quiet place. The neighbors are nice. Side note good luck catching people in the office. Like they’

The ceiling cover that sits over the AC unit collapsed on my head because of the amount of water that got built up from a leaking AC. AC unit continued to leak water for 3 weeks until someone came to look at it. Luckily it was dripping in the bathtub. Ceiling cover had to stay off the entire time. Apartment smelled funny because of it. Still paid a full months rent.

I’ve lived here for about two years and it’s been great. The associate Marissa Armelin has been a great help when I have any issues she’s been able to help me to the best of her ability.
