Creekside North Apartments

I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful worker Brenda, who works in the office at our apartment complex. She is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Every time I come into the office or call with a question, she greets me with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately makes you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of, handling everything efficiently while still being patient and compassionate. It’s clear she truly cares about the community and takes pride in her work. Her dedication and friendly nature make a big difference, and our apartment complex is lucky to have someone like her in the office.

Creekside Management could do better and the owners by fixing the apartments right and treating tenants better. Ms. Brenda in the office is a great though and goes above and beyond to help anytime. If you go there see her.

My sister recently moved to creekside north and I just wanted to say that I think the property is beautiful and the manager Ms. Brenda is a true blessing. And such a beautiful attitude and just all around pleasant. Thank you

Building 8 has a bug problem, they wont fix plumbing issues, the neighbor has bug powder out on windows and around brick and that is not acceptable with children and dogs in the appartment. my son was bit by spider and they ghave not sprayed since february. It sucks paying $900. and cant get maintanence to assist with the needs they have allowed to create by not maintaining there apartemnt complex. The neighbor has stuffed stored under stairs alot of stuff that stinks and should be addressed, two dogs have lundged out to try and get to him and his new born while carrying her. Find somewhere else is my recomendation.
