Its dirty and a bit depressing and feels unsafe, even though its usually quiet and barely anyone outside.

The city New Bern and the health department needs to come in and take this place over because since you people took it over its horrible the whole complex went down and seems like don't know one give a Damn everyone needs to put their rent in escrow to the court house until some drastic changes are made they cannot put you out come together y'all that's the only way they will hear you

There’s mold and bats, poor plumbing and work orders go unanswered people get sick from all the health hazards. Phone calls go ignored. No one deserves this treatment.

Great safe place to live for low income individuals .

I wish u can give this place zero stars they don't do work orders also mold n mildew n all the apartments u pay your rent they say u ain't paid any time they want they go inside your apartment the so called Handy men smoke dope the landlord give u hard time keep ever money order receipts u got aslo they need to add more street lights is real dark n dangerous
