Was the first person to live in my unit back in 2023. Renate, the property manager is very kind and living there was nice at first, but after a few months it was very clear that this place was not going to be long term for me. Which was unfortunate, because my daily commute was only 4 minutes. The fan in my bathroom, up high on the wall, stopped running and when maintenance came to fix it he used MY white cushioned stool i would use to get ready to step on and fix it. If you know you’re fixing something you can’t reach, why wouldn’t you bring your own step stool? A couple of months after that i noticed water started to pool inside of one of my bathroom lights- i had put a maintenance ticket in first thing on a Friday morning and it wasn’t resolved until the middle of the following week. I

The management here is terrible. They rarely help with apartment, parking, or rent issues. Their prices just continue rising and rising, for both rent, parking, and amenities. A lot of the time when there’s an issue they’ll ask/request for you to come to the office to discuss a solution, but, theres never, NEVER, anybody in the office. The parking is infuriating, they don’t want anything in your spot besides your vehicle, even if it’s just an extra box that’s completely out of everyone’s room, they’ll still pick a fight over it, even if you own multiple spots. They take absolutely no responsibility. The team is disrespectful, indifferent, cold, and unprofessional. They’ll blame you if you want to order something and it gets stolen, despite there being cameras in the lobby and them refusing

For the price you pay you definitely don’t get anything close to enough. Currently listening to construction above my apartment with no warning, sounds like a demolition side above my head. I have gotten multiple extra charges for rent and when I asked about it they gave no explanation and just took it off. Stolen packages which they do nothing about even though they have security cameras. Still don’t have shelves in my cupboards which I asked for over a year ago when they first opened up. Told us we could park our work truck in the parking lot for free, then decided to start charging us for it a few months later. As one of their first tenants I really hoped for better. Excellent apartments, amiable management, and a wonderful community all around. Spacious living space with excellent amenities close to dining, shopping and other activities. The management and maintenance team does an excellent job promptly responding to any inquiries. Minimal noise and friendly tenants. From the day I moved in, management has always been approachable and eager to address any concerns.

Management is very friendly! We visited when the building was just open and thought the finishes were beautiful. Check them out!
