Coyote Meadows by Starlight Homes

Thank you so very much Kaitlyn for being so awesomely helpful and patient with me during my journey to purchase my beautiful new home at Coyote Meadows and thank you David in construction for taking extra time explaining every feature and answering all of my questions about the construction of my home and making sure that it came out perfectly. My whole experience from start to finish working with Starlight homes was better than I ever thought possible.

Great experience. We have a good relationship with the builder and text him from time to time with questions. The houses don’t have a ton of “bells and whistles” but ours is well built and affordable.

Kaitlyn Jungjohan made my husband and I feel important. She made our buying process so easy. Her personality is outstanding. Starlight Homes should be proud.

Sleazy sales people, that will take advantage of you if they can. Don't trust any of them. They raised the price of the house $30k and lower the interest rate to make it look good. Make sure you have them do the reverse, raise the interest rate and lower the price of the house. Your monthly payment is THE SAME and your extra payment hits harder because your principle is lower. These people are professional grifters.

Kaitlyn was very helpful throughout the entire process and very sweet! Made buying my first home super easy!!
