Cowesett Hills

I genuinely love living at this Cowesett Hills. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help—you really feel valued as a resident here. The views are beautiful and make coming home feel calm and relaxing every day. On top of that, it’s very pet-friendly, which makes a huge difference if you have furry family members. There’s plenty of space to walk pets and a community that clearly cares about them. Overall, this is a great place to live with an amazing atmosphere, supportive staff, and a setting that actually feels like home.

Cowesett Hills Apt. Homes ARE the place to land! If you're not purchasing a home then you would be doing yourself a disservice to not be part this fantastic community. It's wooded, private and well kept on the grounds. Better gym than Planet Fit, staff and maintenance bend over backwards to help you. The apartments feel like home, believe me, you couldn't ask for more. Ps current manager is best ever.

CH feels like a retreat. It's a gem tucked in the woods with beautiful grounds, clean and well-cared for facilities, and friendly and responsive staff. The location is convenient to a lovely area of RI, with easy access to the shoreline as well as to shopping and the highway. I feel a great sense of peace when I come 'home'.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it! The location is great being super close to the highway and just a short drive to Main Street in EG. Our experience with the staff including maintenance has been friendly and quick.

I lived at building 19 for 4 years. I loved it. It had in unit laundry, new unit, locked doors with key fob access so it felt safe. Management was very responsive, responded to emails quickly, answered phone calls etc. any time I had an issue they worked to resolve it within their power.
