Covington Park Apartments

Street and so bad thats not street . Its called Pothole lover.. management you can fix this issue. If entrance has big big patholes no ones come to live here…i saw that patholes been year.

It doesn’t make any sense for anyone to constantly have to dodge potholes and try not to mess up there car. They not trying to fix any of the parking lot , nothing in the apartment but they want you to constantly pay rent and they not fixing anything around here. Maintenance is horrible and rude they don’t care for you at all they get you in here and it’s just like they don’t care about you at all. I moved in here end of August and my first time staying here my apartment kitchen floor was cover and all types of bugs. I had to come out of pocket and buy all types of high bug spray just to get the bugs gone. I was told my apartment was ready but soon I got done paying my money the apartment wasn’t even ready I still had to wait. Had to clean up my own apartment and spray before I moved any o

The management is very rude. They don’t come out and fix anything and when you put in a work order online they’ll delete but never come out and do the work. My apartment started to mold so I left and I refused to pay rent. They harassed me about paying rent but never came to fix anything. I have photos that I will be posting. I also had an electric problem in my kitchen. The new manager was very rude when she first came. Me and my babies could not live with the mold and the walls falling apart. But you guys wanted me to pay money for an apartment that’s falling about with mold. The air went out over 6 times.The maintenance men never came to even look at the problems with the apartment. There were electrical problems in the kitchen.

I have been trying to get my security deposit back from Covington Park Apartments for months now. I have spoken with the regional she suppose to have gotten back with me a month ago. Still no update! I have departed from Covington Park Apartments on February 27,2023. This issue has been on going for almost 3 months and I have been patiently waiting to receive the status of my deposit being returned to me. In the amount of $550. I have left so many messages for a call back and yet haven’t received one. I have provided my forwarding address and contact information. This is becoming very unacceptable.

Several potholes over a foot deep all over their property. They don't have cones in the potholes. Nothing telling anyone. I tore a hole in my oil pan doing a delivery. I reported it and management did nothing. They didn't pay me back. This happened July/August 2022. I called January 27, 2023. They said previous management is gone. Their attitude got worse. I am called the city council and Mayor's office about the safety Hazzard.
